This role is responsible for ensuring services are customer-focused, secure, reliable, and aligned to organisational objectives, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving service excellence across internal teams and external providers.
This opportunity is a 12-month fixed-term contract.RequirementsWhat You'll DoManage end-to-end service delivery to ensure services meet agreed performance standards and business outcomesAct as a key point of contact for stakeholders, customers, vendors, and delivery teamsLead service transition activities for new and changed services, including service catalogues and service agreementsMonitor service performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous service optimisation initiativesCoordinate internal and external service providers to ensure integrated and efficient service deliveryEnsure services, solutions, and operational processes comply with security, governance, and technology standardsManage planned and unplanned changes while minimising business disruption and maintaining stakeholder communicationSupport incident response activities and contribute to operational resilience initiativesLead the development and testing of business continuity and service recovery plansProvide reporting, insights,
