You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our facilities offering through a people-first, client-focused approach.What You'll Be DoingLead and mentor Facilities Managers, fostering a high-performance, accountable team culture across VictoriaDrive team development, succession planning, and performance management, with a strong focus on capability building and engagementProvide technical leadership across building operations, compliance, safety, and asset performancePartner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver consistent service excellence and operational efficiencyOversee procurement strategies, capital works, and risk management, ensuring best practice and continuous improvementAct as a trusted advisor,
