You'll play a key leadership role, overseeing daily production operations and leading a team to deliver outstanding operational performance.About the RoleReporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the production facility, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with production, warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve daily production targetsCoordinate production schedules to ensure customer orders are delivered on timePromote a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standardsMonitor product quality and maintain high manufacturing standardsAllocate labour and resources to maximise productivity and operational efficiencyIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processesWork closely with the maintenance team to minimise equipment downtimeMonitor production performance and report on key operational KPIsMaintain a clean, organised, and safe manufacturing environmentCollaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams to support business outcomesAbout YouYou're an experienced manufacturing leader who enjoys leading from the front, developing people, and driving continuous improvement.You'll bring:Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Team Leader, or similarStrong production scheduling and operational planning experienceStrong leadership and people management skillsA genuine commitment to workplace health and safetyExcellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities Experience coordinating production schedules and managing workflowStrong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationshipsA continuous improvement mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer outcomesWhat's on Offer?
