As we expand our business, we are searching for a dynamic E-commerce Specialist to be part our growing e-commerce and digital marketing blueprint.The RoleAs an E-commerce Specialist at Alpha-H, you will collaborate closely with the Growth Manager to drive the expansion of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce and ready to make a meaningful impact on our brand's success.RequirementsWhat You'll Be DoingStore Management & OperationsMaintain and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, imagery, and metadataEnsure accurate inventory levels are reflected across all online platformsMonitor and resolve order fulfilment issues, returns, and customer escalations in collaboration with logistics teamsRoll out site changes such as homepages, new product launches, bundles and promotionsManage promotion set up and discount codesDigital Marketing & MerchandisingPlan and execute promotional campaigns, sales events, and seasonal activationsOptimise in office merchandising, including category pages, featured products, and homepage contentCollaborate with marketing teams on email campaigns, paid media, and social commerce initiativesManage and upload on site blog posts and journal articlesPerformance Analysis & ReportingTrack and report on key metrics including conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, and revenueUse analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to identify trends and opportunitiesConduct A/B testing on content, layouts, and promotions to improve performanceSEO & ContentOptimise product and category pages for search visibilityEnsure all content aligns with brand tone, SEO best practices,



and accessibility standardsCoordinate with content and creative teams on assets and copyPlatform & TechnologyManage day-to-day operations within eCommerce platformsLiaise with developers or agencies on site updates, bug fixes, and new feature rolloutsStay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activityEmail MarketingSupport CRM team with EDM briefing and schedulingCustomer ExperienceMonitor and improve the end-to-end online shopping journeyAnalyse customer feedback, reviews, and behaviour data to inform UX improvementsWork cross-functionally with customer service to address pain pointsYou'd Be a Fit If YouHold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.Have previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (internships or entry-level roles are welcome).
Are familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), which is a plus.Possess a basic understanding of paid media analytics tools (like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager).
