About The RoleWe're on the lookout for a passionate Chef to become a vital part of our kitchen brigade as we dive into our 7-day cruising weeks!
We have an average of ***** hours per week for this casual role.As our Chef, you'll be primarily working on our stunning marine vessel, leading the charge in end-to-end kitchen operations.
You will direct the food preparation process,



ensuring our guests indulge in only the highest quality dishes during our unforgettable lunch and dinner cruises.
Get ready to roll up your sleeves as you prepare and cook mouth-watering meals, while also ensuring our kitchen meets all hygiene and food safety regulations.Your standard working day may see you working up to 10 hours between 7:00am - 11:00pm across all seven days of the week, including weekends and public holidays.
