This is a back-to-basics role combining data entry with phone-based customer service.
You'll help process purchase orders, support clients, and keep the team running smoothly.We offer comprehensive product and program training, so no prior industry experience is necessary.
Many of our team members have transitioned from a variety of backgrounds and are excelling in this role.We value diverse experience and welcome candidates from outside the industry.What You'll DoAccurately type and process purchase orders into our systemProvide friendly phone-based support and take phone orders to clientsAssist with internal administration tasks such as filing, chasing old quotes,
