Job DescriptionAssist with day-to-day operations with the guests in the restaurantEnsure professional and friendly service is provided to all guests in each interactionTake accurate ordersClear and reset tables as well as ensuring service areas are clean and tidy An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons.
Experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine are preferredThe confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto,



assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beveragesQualificationsPrevious customer service or hospitality experienceYour Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) CertificateThe ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekendsAn ability to find the "Yes" in every situationA calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environmentThe necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customersA team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B; operations during peak timesThe drive to make Mr Good Guy a destination restaurant for South East Asian cuisine in Hobart!
