About The Role
Deliver high-quality, patient-centred nursing care throughout the patient journey, from admission through to discharge planning.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Coordinate and implement evidence-based nursing interventions aligned with individual care plans.
Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress while adjusting care plans as required.
Apply contemporary nursing practices informed by current research, technology, and clinical innovation.
Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
About You
Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
Commitment to continued professional development and undertaking further studies as identified as requirements for this position.
Sound knowledge of Department of Health Guidelines and Regulations, Workplace Health and Safety, Infection Control and their impact on the delivery of care.
Must work well within a team environment and promote team cohesion.
