This role is critical to ensuring the availability, performance, and resilience of enterprise network services, supporting large-scale customer environments across cloud, data centre, and network infrastructure.
You'll work across incident management, proactive monitoring, optimisation, and customer engagement—directly influencing service outcomes for enterprise customers.RequirementsWhat you'll be doingOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of incidents, problems, changes, and service requestsActively manage high-severity incidents (P1/P2) with urgency and precisionEnsure SLA compliance and service continuity at all timesPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixesProactive Monitoring & OptimisationMonitor and manage enterprise networks to identify and resolve issues before impactOptimise network performance, scalability,
