This role is an exciting chance for an experienced Care Manager to join a friendly and supportive team based in NarroginLocated within the rural township of Narrogin, the organisation is a long established not-for-profit provider of both retirement living and residential aged care committed to providing excellence and quality of life for those who live in their facility.The facility caters for up to 50 residents within two wings.We are seeking a motivated and reliable person who enjoys working with the elderly and making a real difference to the quality of life of residents.
RequirementsCurrent registration with APHRAProblem solving and analytical skillsMinimum 5 years' aged care clinical managementCompetency in best practice clinical areas including medication and wound care, care planning, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control,
