Where You'll Be Working
You will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, which has provided outstanding healthcare for more than 70 years.
Building on its proud heritage of caring for the veteran community, the hospital now delivers a broad range of specialist and general health services to the communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and surrounding areas.
What You'll Be Doing
An exciting opportunity for suitably experienced registered nurses to join the Palliative Care team at Concord Centre for Palliative Care (CCPC).
This purpose-built facility provides clinical and supportive care to patients at end of life or requiring respite.
The Registered Nurse is responsible for the provision of patient centred; evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes.
The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Position Description
The Requirements
Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Demonstrated understanding of evidence informed practice and critical thinking.
Has full availability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
Hospital based nursing experience in Australia.
All candidates must have full working rights within Australia
