Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative and digitally focused Digital Officer to join our team and support the delivery of engaging digital content and communications across Total Support Services.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong digital and communication skills who can create engaging content, manage our digital platforms and help bring the TSS brand to life across a range of channels.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Digital Officer to join our team at our Adelaide office.
Purpose:
Support the development and delivery of TSS internal and external communications.
Create engaging and accessible digital content across website, social media and other communication channels.
Maintain a consistent and qualified TSS brand across all digital communications and marketing materials.
Support and enhance the organisation's digital presence, including website and social media platforms.
Promote TSS services, initiatives and achievements through high-quality written, visual and digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, edit and proofread content for websites, social media, newsletters, marketing materials and other communications.
Manage and update website content using WordPress.
Create,
schedule and optimise engaging content across TSS social media platforms.
Design professional digital graphics and promotional materials using Canva and/or Adobe programs.
Capture, edit and produce photography and video content for digital platforms, campaigns and organisational communications.
Assist with the development and delivery of digital communication and marketing campaigns.
Maintain consistent branding, messaging and presentation across all TSS digital and communication channels.
Support internal communications and the preparation of organisational announcements and updates.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and develop appropriate content.
Ensure appropriate privacy, consent and approval requirements are followed when producing and publishing content, including photographs and videos.
Ensure digital communications are accessible, accurate and appropriate for the intended audience.
Monitor digital platforms, content performance and engagement, and assist with reporting on communication activities and outcomes.
About You:
You will be a creative, organised and proactive professional who can confidently manage a variety of digital content and communication activities and competing priorities.
Demonstrated experience in a digital content, communications, marketing or similar role.
Strong written communication, copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
Experience managing and updating websites, preferably using WordPress.
Experience creating and managing social media and digital content.
Graphic design skills using Canva and/or Adobe programs.
Photography and video content creation and editing skills.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for professional presentation, branding and digital content.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Understanding of privacy, consent and appropriate use of images and content.
Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant qualification in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Media or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in digital content, communications, marketing or a similar role is desirable.
A portfolio demonstrating relevant digital content, communications, design or creative work is highly regarded.
Experience within disability, community services, health, aged care or a similar sector will be highly regarded.
Essential Requirements:
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to obtain one.
Working with Children Check, where required.
Ability to meet all relevant TSS pre-employment and compliance requirements.
