About the Role
As a senior leader within the business, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects while building strong, long-term client relationships.
You will provide technical and project leadership across a diverse range of water infrastructure assets including:
Water transmission and distribution pipelines
Wastewater treatment plants
Water treatment facilities
Pump stations
Groundwater bores and borefields
Water storage infrastructure
Associated civil and water infrastructure projects
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with project leadership and client engagement and is interested in taking on a broader role within a growing specialist consultancy.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
Provide technical leadership across planning, design and project execution.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules and commercial outcomes.




Lead project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
Contribute to business development and support future growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For
Degree-qualified Civil Engineer or related engineering discipline.
15+ years' experience in the water sector.
Demonstrated expertise across water infrastructure, pipelines, wastewater treatment, groundwater, bores or related fields.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience leading projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of project delivery.
A practical and team-oriented leadership style.
Chartered status or equivalent professional recognition would be highly regarded.
