About the Role
As a
R&D; Tax Consultant
, you will:
Assist with the preparation and lodgement of R&D; Tax Incentive applications.
Assess eligibility and identify eligible R&D; activities and expenditure.
Analyse technical, scientific and financial information and prepare supporting documentation.
Support clients through reviews, audits and compliance processes.
Build strong client relationships and understand their business and innovation activities.
Manage multiple projects, deadlines, workpapers and client records.
Research government funding opportunities and stay informed of R&D; program changes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to process and quality improvements.
About you
You'll be a good fit for the
R&D; Tax Consultant
role if you have:
Final-year student or recent graduate in Science, Engineering, Technology, Medical or Health-related disciplines.
0-3 years' experience in professional services, consulting, research, tax, grants or a related field.
Interest in business, law and/or finance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills,
including technical writing.
Robust attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proactive, motivated and eager to learn.
Collaborative and able to build positive client and colleague relationships.
