Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to customers
Oversee coffee machine settings and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and surrounding areas
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries




Assist in training new staff members on coffee preparation and service standards
Manage inventory of coffee supplies and report any shortages to management
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Barista experience preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates
Experience in front of house roles is advantageous
Experience overseeing coffee machine settings and maintenance
Attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valuable time management skills
