This Might Be Your Next Big Career Move.
If you're in real estate and thinking there has to be more than listings, weekends and constant pressure to always be on, keep reading.
At Scotford Fennessy, we're looking for high-performing real estate professionals who know how to build trust, win business and back themselves.
Recruitment is still sales.
It's still relationships.
The difference is you're building long-term partnerships, not chasing the next listing.

Managing end-to-end recruitment while growing your personal brand
Treating your desk like your own business, with real autonomy
