This government organisation is seeking an experienced Campaign Coordinator to join its growing marketing and communications team on a temporary contract.
Working in a fast-paced setting, you will play a key role in coordinating integrated campaigns, stakeholder communications, activations, and events, supporting the delivery of high-profile initiatives across Western Australia.
Your new role
Reporting to the Marketing and Campaigns team, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end campaign activity across traditional and digital channels while supporting a range of communications and engagement initiatives.Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating campaign delivery across paid, earned, owned and digital channels.
Preparing creative briefs, media briefs, briefing notes and stakeholder communications.
Liaising with creative, digital, advertising and media agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Managing campaign timelines, reporting, budget tracking and project deliverables.
Supporting activations, events and stakeholder engagement activities.
Monitoring campaign performance and coordinating evaluation and reporting activities.
Assisting with the development of content for websites, digital platforms and marketing materials.
Providing regular updates and advice to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, campaigns or a similar role.
Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare formal correspondence, briefing material and campaign documentation.
Experience working with external agencies and service providers.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience across digital marketing, social media and campaign delivery will be highly regarded.
Previous government experience will be advantageous.
