What You'll Do
•Deliver intensive, in-home case management and crisis intervention
•Lead trauma-informed strategies to create safety and stability
•Advocate for clients and help them achieve sustainable outcomes
•Mentor other practitioners when needed
•Be available for overnight and weekend work
What We're Looking For
You're someone who is:




•Skilled in child protection, family support, and disability frameworks
•Experienced in high-pressure, complex case environments
•Confident in crisis negotiation and conflict resolution
•Robust communicator and advocate
•Committed to cultural competence and respectful engagement with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander communities
Qualifications & Requirements
•Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Social Work, Community Services, or related field (or equivalent experience – minimum 3+ years)
•Advanced training such as Safe & Together, Hope & Healing, Crisis Negotiation, Circle of Security, or approved DFV programs
•Current Positive Blue and Yellow Cards
•First Aid and CPR certification
•Current driver's licence
