A respected not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis, with the potential for permanency.
Supporting end-to-end payroll processing, you will join a collaborative team committed to delivering valuable community services.
Your new role
End-to-end payroll processing fortnightly
Managing leave, salary packaging, terminations, and employee records
Ensuring compliance with STP, PAYG, superannuation, BAS, and ATO requirements
Payroll reconciliations, EOFY reporting, and workers' compensation administration
Supporting onboarding, compliance checks, and employee administration
Monitoring payroll legislation and driving process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing
Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements




Experience with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and employee administration
Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills
