The Opportunity ?
This is a hands-on learning experience inside a high-output digital media business.
As a Social Media Management Intern, you'll get real exposure to how large-scale social content is planned, produced, optimised, and distributed across multiple platforms – not just theory, but how it actually works in practice.
You'll work closely with our content team to understand the full lifecycle of content – from ideas and publishing through to performance analysis and optimisation – and how audiences are built at scale.
This role is designed for someone early in their journey who is excited to learn in a fast-paced, real-world environment.

A Day in the Life ?




Helping research trending content and what's driving engagement
Learning how titles, thumbnails, and hooks are developed for performance
Reviewing content data and spotting insights with the team
Supporting scheduling, publishing, and content tracking
Observing how communities are managed and engaged across platforms
Assisting with basic production and post-production tasks
Sharing ideas to help improve reach and performance

What We're Looking For
Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital culture
Curiosity about why content performs (not just that it does)
Strong communication and willingness to learn
Good organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable working with g-suite, documents, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools
Basic understanding of design, video, or editing tools is a bonus
Reliable, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
