Multifaceted Customer Service Technician
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a versatile and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Multifaceted Customer Service Technician.
This role combines hands-on maintenance and labour tasks with frontline customer service responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a dynamic setting.
As a Customer Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers by providing prompt and reliable service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Perform cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and sanitary work environment.
•Conduct regular maintenance inspections on equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety standards.
•Handle refuelling of equipment and vehicles as needed.
•Undertake deliveries as requested.
•Maintain cleanliness and functionality of portable toilets.
•Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on small engines, diggers, EWPS (Elevated Work Platforms), and other equipment.
•Assist with the setup and pack down of temporary fencing as required.
•Provide exceptional customer service.
•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and customer interactions using computerised systems.
•Handle incoming calls and inquiries,



directing them to the appropriate personnel or providing assistance as needed.
•Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn new skills as required.
•Work effectively under pressure, managing time and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
•High School, Trade or Diploma
•Valid Driver's license
•PREFERRED – Forklift license, HRW, Yellow Card, MR-HR Truck License.
•Basic mechanical aptitude & previous mechanical experience.
•Demonstrated knowledge of basic hand tools for repairs/maintenance
•Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
•Ability to safely lift & perform physically demanding tasks.
•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
•Follow directions/instructions from peers & management.
•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
