About the role
Join our team in a hands-on 12-month contract role where you'll serve as the primary business owner for CLV's website and resident app platforms, managing a roadmap of enhancements and digital projects while balancing customer needs, business priorities and technical delivery requirements across Australia, the UK and the US.
Working closely with Marketing, ICT and agency partners, you'll deliver digital campaigns, optimise the customer journey, coordinate platform improvements and provide data-driven insights that support business growth.
With an exciting pipeline of website and app projects already underway, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a cooperative, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion.
Manage and optimise key digital channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media and paid campaigns.
Act as the product owner for website and app initiatives, working with stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, ICT and external partners to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritised development activities.
Here you will manage projects from concept through to implementation.
Own the ongoing evolution of CLV's websites and mobile app,
managing the enhancement roadmap, gathering business requirements, prioritising initiatives and coordinating delivery of new features and platform improvements.
Develop business requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), manage release activities and ensure solutions meet business objectives and deliver a positive customer experience.
Deliver digital projects, working closely with internal stakeholders, ICT teams, developers and agency partners.
Analyse campaign, website and app performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and ROI.
Manage agency relationships and ensure digital initiatives are aligned across Australia, the UK and the US (
requiring some flexibility for meetings outside standard business hours).
Skills And Experiences
About You
Experienced in delivering digital marketing initiatives and managing digital platforms in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable balancing strategy and execution, with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
Highly digitally literate, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and confidently manage website back ends, CMS platforms and marketing technologies.
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple priorities, regions and agency partners.
Data-driven and analytical,
with experience using digital marketing and reporting tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEO platforms and campaign analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Self-sufficient, proactive and adaptable, with experience across website and app enhancements, email marketing, social media management and digital project delivery.
