IT Support Engineer (Level 2).

As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will provide remote and on-site support to a range of businesses, taking ownership of technical issues and delivering effective solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and end-user technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing Level 2 technical support across multiple client environments
Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies
Managing Azure AD / Entra ID environments
Deploying and supporting Microsoft Intune solutions
Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless networks
Building, configuring, and deploying Windows Server environments from the ground up




Escalating and resolving complex technical issues
Maintaining documentation and following service delivery processes
Working closely with clients to deliver an exceptional support experience
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:✔ Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment✔ Strong Microsoft technology experience, including:
Microsoft 365
Azure AD / Entra ID
Microsoft Intune
✔ Networking knowledge, including:
Network configuration and troubleshooting
Routers, switches, wireless networking, and firewalls
✔ Server administration experience, including:
Windows Server installation and configuration
Active Directory
DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
Virtualisation technologies
✔ Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
