Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Team Assistant to join a busy and professional support team.
Providing high-level administrative assistance to senior stakeholders and professional staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of client services within a fast-paced workplace.Duties will include:
Supporting client onboarding and engagement processes
Preparing and processing client invoices
Managing debtor administration activities
Coordinating regulatory lodgements and compliance documentation
Preparing documentation for electronic signing platforms
Assisting with meeting coordination and preparation of associated materials
Establishing and maintaining client records and correspondence
Updating and maintaining databases and client information systems
Providing general administrative support across the business as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role,
you will be a proactive and organised professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and managing multiple priorities.You will demonstrate:
Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant or professional support role
Experience within accounting, financial services or professional services environments will be highly regarded
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet competing deadlines
A high level of discretion when handling confidential information
A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork
Strong Microsoft Office skills and adaptability to new systems
Experience with practice management, document management or accounting software will be advantageous
