This is an initial 8-week temporary assignment, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

About the RoleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient support across a range of enquiries.
Working within a collaborative and supportive team environment, you'll be responsible for delivering a high standard of service while ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
Investigating and following up on customer requests and applications
Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely outcomes
Processing administrative tasks and customer documentation




Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Delivering a positive customer experience at every interaction
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous customer service, contact centre or customer support experience
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
A professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach
Experience within banking, insurance, superannuation, lending or broader financial services will be highly regarded
Availability to commence immediately

Salary equivalent of $73,105 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of superannuation
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday during business hours
