As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will join a project delivery team responsible for designing, developing and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications.
You will work closely with solution leads, business analysts, testers and release managers to turn business requirements into secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.
You will:
Analyse business requirements for system changes and enhancements
Translate application designs into Salesforce configuration and code
Build and modify custom objects, flows, permission sets and sharing settings
Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio and Aura
Support testing, quality assurance and release management activities
Troubleshoot development and configuration issues
Release changes through established DevOps pipelines
Produce technical, solution and design documentation
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring at least three years of Salesforce development experience,



supported by strong enterprise delivery experience and an understanding of Salesforce development standards and best practice.
You will also have an NV1 clearance.
You will also have demonstrated experience across:
Apex and Lightning Web Components
OmniStudio and Aura
JavaScript, CSS and HTML
Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, permissions and sharing
Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud
Version control and advanced CI/CD tooling
Enterprise-level integrated Salesforce solutions
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
OmniStudio Developer or Consultant certification
Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Architect, Public Sector Solutions or Data Cloud certifications will strengthen your application
What you'll get in return
You will secure an initial 12-month contract with two potential 12-month extension options.
The role offers 40 hours per week and a strong preference for five days per week in the Canberra office.
You will contribute to Salesforce applications supporting high-profile government functions while working within an established multidisciplinary delivery team
