Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, our client is seeking a motivated and capable Project Manager to manage and oversee the successful delivery of residential subdivision and bulk earthworks projects throughout Brisbane and the Gold Coast.Your new companyThis privately owned civil contractor has built a strong reputation delivering bulk earthworks, roadworks, residential subdivisions and associated civil infrastructure projects across SEQ.

Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
Experience as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager within civil construction




Proven delivery experience on residential subdivision and earthworks projects
Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure
Commercial acumen with exposure to project cost control and forecasting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
