This hands-on role is critical in strengthening identity governance across the organisation, delivering secure, scalable and compliant solutions that support cyber security, data governance and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Head of Data & Identity Governance and broader IT teams, you will play a key role in enhancing access controls, automating lifecycle processes and uplifting governance across staff, guest and third-party access.Key responsibilities:Design and implement identity and access management solutions to enhance security, governance and efficiencyDeliver identity governance initiatives aligned with business objectives using structured project practicesDevelop and maintain RBAC models, identity lifecycle workflows and access governance controlsCollaborate with stakeholders to identify access gaps and implement remediation strategiesImplement automated joiner, mover and leaver (JML) processes across all user typesLead the configuration and ongoing management of Microsoft Entra ID and related technologiesDrive continuous improvement through automation, reporting, audits and access reviewsProvide technical expertise on identity governance, risk management and best practicesQualificationsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in IT,
