You will bring a comprehensive understanding of policies, practices, and processes to be a trusted partner to leadership.
You will partner with the Senior Leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of all people and culture services, including but not limited to, workforce planning, performance management, performance reviews, surveys and reporting, recruitment and onboarding, management of people issues in consultation with and support from the P&C; Vice President, Chief People Officer and department leaders.
