A prominent international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Insurance Litigation team in Melbourne.This is a solid opportunity to work on complex financial lines and professional indemnity matters within a high-performing practice, with exposure to high-profile disputes, class actions and regulatory matters.The OpportunityYou'll work closely with an experienced Partner and team on a broad mix of sophisticated matters, acting for insurers, corporates and professionals across a range of industries.Your work will include:Professional indemnity and D&O; mattersConstruction-related disputes (primarily litigated)Class action defence workCoverage advice for insurersRegulatory investigations and disputesDrafting pleadings, advices and submissionsLiaising with clients, counsel, experts and insurersAppearances in courts and tribunals (as appropriate) You'll gain exposure to matters across multiple jurisdictions, including superior courts and tribunals.About You4+ years' post-admission experience (flexible)Background in commercial litigation, insurance or professional indemnityStrong litigation and file management skillsExcellent drafting,
