About the roleWe are seeking Expressions of Interest for a Plant Administrator to join our Operations team in Wellcamp, Toowoomba.Reporting to the Corporate Plant Manager, this role supports the effective administration, coordination and control of plant and equipment systems across the business.You will play a key role in maintaining accurate asset data, maintenance records, compliance documentation and plant tracking systems, helping to improve operational efficiency and visibility across the fleet.Key responsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date plant and asset records, including asset details, location and statusSupport the effective operation of CMMS and asset management systems, including data entry, work orders and maintenance schedulesMaintain equipment history, service records, inspection records and statutory compliance documentationTrack equipment movements, allocations, utilisation and maintenance status across the fleetAssist with maintenance administration, reporting, audit readiness and document controlCoordinate plant-related administrative processes with project teams, workshops, suppliers and service providersSupport spare parts and inventory administration, including stock records and reorder coordinationAssist with monthly reporting,



dashboards and data analysis to support planning and decision-makingContribute to systems improvement, process standardisation and data quality initiativesPromote compliance with HSEQ requirements, company policies and plant administration best practiceAbout youExperience in plant administration, maintenance administration or a similar asset-focused support roleExperience working with CMMS or asset management systemsStrong administrative, record-keeping and data management capabilityHigh attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and compliance documentationGood understanding of plant and equipment documentation, maintenance workflows and reporting processesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence working across multiple systemsStrong organisational skills, time management and the ability to manage competing prioritiesEffective communication and stakeholder coordination skillsExposure to construction, plant, mining or industrial environments will be highly regardedA proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvementHow to applyIf you are an organised administrator with experience supporting plant, maintenance or asset systems, we would love to hear from you.Please submit your resume outlining your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this position.Spiecapag Australia is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.Applications will only be considered for candidates who currently live within Australia and have currently approved visa working rights (permanent, temporary, student, spousal, etc) to Australia.
