These positions offer the opportunity to deliver compassionate, specialist nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment,



supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing throughout their care.Key responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within cancer care clinic and oncology settingsComplete patient assessments and monitor responses to cancer treatmentsAdminister chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments within your verified competencies and facility protocolsRecognise and escalate treatment-related complications, infusion reactions, and clinical deteriorationAccess and manage central venous access devices, PICC lines, and peripheral IV cannulas within your scope of practiceSupport symptom management, including pain, nausea, fatigue, and other treatment-related side effectsEducate patients and families about treatment, side effects, and when to seek assistanceCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated treatment and ongoing careMaintain accurate clinical documentation and follow infection prevention and safe handling proceduresLocations – Northern TerritoryRoyal Darwin Hospital – DarwinKatherine Hospital – Katherine(Placements within cancer care clinic and oncology services are subject to current vacancies and your clinical experience.
