Company Description Job DescriptionFull-time position until June ****Based from our Box Hill office, on the lands of the Wurundjeri People + WFH Tuesdays $***** - $***** per hour + 12% Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 We're looking for a Psychosocial Support Worker to deliver practical, outcome-focused mental health support as part of the Partners in Wellbeing (PIW) program.This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with clients to help them navigate challenges, build independence, and achieve meaningful progress.In this role, you will:Work directly with clients (16+) to identify challenges, set goals, and make clear progressDeliver flexible support through a mix of Telehealth and onsite sessionsProvide practical assistance connecting clients to services including housing, NDIS, and dual-diagnosis pathwaysDevelop action plans using a strengths-based, recovery approach with clear outcomesCollaborate with mental health services to manage risk and support wellbeingApply key frameworks including MARAM, FVISS and CISS where requiredBuild robust working relationships with carers, peers and community networksPlease note: This role is not NDIS-focused – you'll be supporting clients through community and clinical mental health systems.Who we're looking for You're someone who enjoys working directly with people, solving problems, and helping others move forward during challenging times.You'll bring:Experience supporting clients with complex psychosocial or mental health needsBackground in mental health and/or AOD servicesUnderstanding of the Social Model of HealthExperience working with frameworks such as MARAM, FVISS and CISSConfidence working with complex, dual-diagnosis or hard-to-reach clientsAbility to work independently, manage your time, and make sound decisionsStrong communication skills across written, verbal and digital platformsA commitment to continuous learning,
