You will deliver evidence-based, family-centred care focused on health promotion, developmental assessment, immunisation, early intervention, and supporting positive health outcomes for children and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive child and family health assessmentsProvide childhood and adolescent immunisations in accordance with the National Immunisation ProgramMonitor infant and child growth, development,
