Managing a small Sales and Operations team, you will:Coordinate and manage all branch activities to meet quality, DIFOT, and profit targetsParticipate in developing the strategic business plan for the ACT Branch Develop local sales strategies to retain and secure recent business opportunitiesImplement the regional marketing agenda to achieve sales objectivesDevelop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key clients, commercial partners,
and industry bodiesNegotiate and maintain contractual agreements within corporate guidelinesIntroduce productivity measures that improve project visibility and delivery Develop and administer the annual budgetMonitor project progress and update project forecast Plan and monitor labour and equipment requirements to maximise margins and profitsComplete project reviews and make business improvement recommendationsManage site safety and business risksApply enterprise agreements for the site as requiredRequirementsThe requirementsTo be successful in the role it is essential that you have proven Branch Manager experience servicing the building and construction sector.
