You will receive training and ongoing support to enable you to effectively operate their high speed production, manufacturing and process equipment.
Your duties will include:Product assemblyOperating and cleaning of equipment and plantMonitoring production activity, resolving/escalating issues which may impact production targets.Manage packaging and preservation wrappingWood cuttingUse of basic hand and power tools as required such as drills, reciprocating saws, tape measure, pallet machine, impact drivers, nail guns,



and hack sawsUsing systems to report on production data accurately and quality checksWorking safely at all times to protect your own health and safety, and the health and safety of everyone with whom you work, and any other person who is at the worksite positions in the manufacturing department rotate every few weeks, for variety and development of staff capabilities.The Ideal Candidate...You will possess the following skills and experience:Experience in timber assembly is highly desirableExperience with hand tools (nail gun experience preferred, although training will be provided)Forklift license (Preferable)Good verbal and written communication skillsReliable, punctual and honestA disciplined attitude to work safely in the work environment and around the plantAustralian working rightsMust be physically fitQuick learnerPositive work attitudeA good team playerExcellent problem solving skills and eagerness to learn different equipmentInterested in long-term career progressionThe Benefits...
