Job Description
Lake Imaging in Geelong seeks a Booking Agent to be the first point of contact for patients in a lively inbound call centre.
You will manage appointment enquiries and bookings, notify patients of pre-visit requirements, and liaise with staff across sites in a values-driven medical imaging team.
Ideal candidates have health/medical reception experience or RIS/PACS familiarity, and a proactive approach to training and development.
Permanent full time, with Monday–Friday hours, are offered.
