Job Description
ARRCS is seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Manager (RN) to lead the clinical team at Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Versatile Aged Care Facility in Mutitjulu, NT.
The role is FIFO, permanent, full-time, with an hourly rate of $*****–$***** gross and includes a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a $5,000 travel allowance annually.
You will mentor staff, manage care plans and medication, and be prepared to cover RN shifts to support operations in a remote community setting.
