Job Description
ADSSI Limited is recruiting multiple Community Support Workers across Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast to join their Out of Hospital Care services.
You will work one-to-one with clients in their homes and community to promote independence and safety.
Roles include personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, transport, and social support.
A Certificate III in Individual Support and a current NSW driver license are required, with pre-employment checks conducted.
