Clerk Grade 7/8 $116,981 - $129,492 plus super
Ongoing/full time Parramatta, Sydney or Gosford (Hybrid)
About us:
SafeWork NSW is the state's workplace health and safety regulator.
Our mission is to reduce work-related fatalities, injuries and illnesses by ensuring workplaces comply with health and safety laws.
We achieve this through a mix of responsive and proactive programs targeting high-risk areas across all industries, aligned with our strategic plan and regulatory priorities.
About the role:
Deliver customer focused and consistent people, culture and workforce consulting services and advice on a range of operational activities to support a high performing and accountable and inclusive workforce that delivers on strategic and operational priorities.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience in HR advisory, HR administration, shared services or a similar service environment
Demonstrated experience in HR/ER case management, conflict resolution, interpreting legislation/awards/policies, and coaching leaders and stakeholders
The ability to manage a high volume of work and competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, customer focus and confidentiality
Experience utilising HR systems to complete administrative tasks
Excellent interpersonal and written skills, and can utilise these to influence others and build effective relationships
Initiative and a proactive approach to identifying issues, seeking solutions and supporting effective outcomes




A talent pool may be created as part of this recruitment process and will be valid for up to 18 months.
The talent pool may be used to fill future ongoing or temporary vacancies of the same or similar role.
