Summary:
As a Barista in the vibrant hospitality and tourism sector, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages.
Your expertise in coffee preparation and your passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere will enhance the overall experience for our guests, making you an integral part of our team in Australia.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and seating area
Engage with customers to provide a friendly and welcoming service




Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage time effectively
A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the industry
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
