Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Document and report operational data, including production rates, downtime, and quality control measures.
Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and career development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Current HR ticket essential
Excavator ticket is a plus
Water cart driving experience essential
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as an Operator or similar role in any industry.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various types of machinery or equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
