We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Hurricane's Grill, Brighton Le Sands.

Key Responsibilities
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations and supporting the team to deliver high service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of ***** staff members
Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
Supporting training and onboarding of new team members
Demonstrating strong food and beverage knowledge to enhance guest experience
Maintaining smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment




Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards
Handling basic administrative and communication tasks effectively
Contributing to a positive, team-focused workplace culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a restaurant leadership or supervisory role
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support teams
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of food and wine
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality
Valid RSA certification
Requirements
Full-time position
Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including evenings and weekends
Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa permitting full-time work
