We are currently seeking anexperienced MaintenanceManagerto join our team on an 8/6 roster at our LavertonProcessing Plant.
As theMaintenance Manager, working a 8/6roster at the Laverton Processing Plant you will lead and manageall fixed plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable,and cost-effective operation of the gold processing plant, whileachieving production, availability, andperformancetargets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Develop, implement, and continuously improvemaintenancestrategies,including preventive, predictive,conditionmonitoring,shutdown, and reliability programs to maximiseasset life and minimise unplanned downtime.
Manage maintenance budgets, workforce planning,contractorperformance,and critical spare parts inventory to ensureeffective utilisation of resources and achievement of businessobjectives
Ensure compliance with all statutory,safety,environmental,and company requirements,



fostering a strongsafety culture and maintaining adherence to the Work Health andSafety (Mines) Regulations and site standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development formaintenance personnel, driving continuousimprovement,operationalexcellence, and collaboration betweenmaintenance,operations,technical services, and project teams.
About You
Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance teamswithin a gold processing plant or similar heavyindustrialenvironment,with a demonstrated ability to improvesafety,reliability,and asset performance.
Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment includingcrushing, grinding (SAG/ball mills), conveyors, pumps,thickeners, CIL circuits, gold room equipment, powergeneration, and associated infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning,shutdownmanagement,reliability engineering, assetmanagementprinciples,and continuous improvement methodologies tooptimise plant availability and maintenance costs.
Sound understanding of Western Australian mininglegislation, Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations, riskmanagement processes, statutory compliance requirements, andcontractor management.
Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical,Electrical,Maintenance,or Asset Management disciplines, supported bystrong commercial acumen, budgeting experience, and proficiencyin CMMS systems such as Pronto.
