About the Role:
As an
Administration Trainee
, the successful applicant will gain broad experience across the business while developing their administration and customer service skills.
The role will provide exposure to areas including:
Customer service
Sales support
Finance and administration
Reception duties
Quality assurance
Production planning
Data entry and general office administration
Other areas of the business as required
This traineeship would suit an organised and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn, take on new challenges and establish a long-term career in administration.
About You:
To be successful in this role, applicants will ideally demonstrate:
Ambition, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good verbal and written communication skills
A professional and friendly phone manner
Strong customer service skills
Initiative and the ability to work independently
The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Neat and professional presentation
Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
A valid Australian driver's licence
Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
Previous experience is not essential; however, the following would be highly regarded:
Strong organisation and coordination skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Previous reception or retail experience
Accurate data entry skills and strong attention to detail
