You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting sales operations, contributing to the overall success of our Chermside store.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor and stockroom
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till
Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively




Participate in inventory management and stocktaking activities
Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience
Qualifications:
No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
