ALH Hotels is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to be the right hand of the Head Chef, capable of running the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
You will lead shifts, mentor the team, and ensure every dish leaving the line is a work of art, with a can-do attitude and passion for memorable food.
You will have solid Sous Chef experience in a high-volume pub or similar venue, with up-to-date food safety certifications and leadership skills to command respect and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
