Dean & Ling Executive is seeking a senior financial services lawyer for a newly created part-time role in Australia.
The successful candidate will advise on products, regulatory requirements, disclosure and governance, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with stakeholders.
You will bring substantial post-admission experience, solid knowledge of Australian financial services regulation, the Corporations Act, ASIC and APRA prudential standards, and robust drafting and relationship-building
