The Office of the Victorian Information Commissioner (OVIC) in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Complaints Officer to exercise independent judgement in delivering outcomes on complex and non-complex privacy and FOI complaints under the Information Commissioner's policies.
The role includes managing a significant caseload and ensuring timely determinations within statutory timeframes.
