We are looking for an energetic and organised Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team.
In this hands‐on role, you will manage high-volume recruitment across clinic-based frontline customer service / administration positions, delivering a responsive and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast‐paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities and takes pride in finding the right people for customer‐facing teams.

What you will do
Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline vacancies at our clinics.
Partner closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to clarify role requirements, recruitment priorities and selection criteria.
Develop clear, engaging job advertisements and select effective sourcing channels.
Proactively source candidates and maintain talent pools for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
Review applications, conduct screening interviews and coordinate assessments and interviews.
Provide timely, practical advice to hiring managers and support fair, consistent selection decisions.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and deliver a seamless, positive and efficient candidate experience.
Prepare offers, complete pre‐employment checks and support a smooth handover into onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and monitor key measures such as vacancy volumes, time to fill, source effectiveness and recruitment outcomes.
Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes while maintaining quality and compliance.
What you will bring
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a recruitment agency environment with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast‐paced environment
Demonstrated ability to recruit customer service, reception, administration, contact centre, retail or similarly fast‐paced frontline roles.
Strong organisation and follow‐through,
with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities.
Confident stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, service‐focused approach.
Clear and engaging written and verbal communication.
Sound judgement, attention to detail and a commitment to fair and consistent recruitment practices.
Confidence using applicant tracking systems, online job boards and direct sourcing tools.
A proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes and try new sourcing approaches.
Play an important role in building teams that make a meaningful difference for our customers.
